- If W2N will be rendering our services a planning fee will be determined, based on your itinerary, services, number in your party, complexity etc. and will need to be paid upfront. Planning fees start at $100.
- We'll propose a custom itinerary based on all of your travel needs and desires at chosen destination. Once it is reviewed and you concur, an invoice will be sent to secure your reservation.
- You will have 72-hrs to make your reservation deposit/payment.
- Once all of your reservations have been made, you will receive your confirmed itinerary.
- You will also receive a “things to know” information email about your upcoming destination prior to your trip, to ensure everything goes smoothly for your departure.
- Prior to your departure, you will receive all of your detailed travel documentation.
